Not so much sync, but you can import a tab delimited text file into address book

Thank you louishen; much appreciated.

So, to clarify, I should use a text editor file (.rtf) file? Do I separate each `field' with a comma e.g: first name, last name, phone #, email, address etc.

Another question: Have you come across a program that will convert Excel data into a text edit format?

Thanks again
