Creating captions in FCPX

In FCPX... I want to create (and save as a template if poss) a title like in this video Welcome to the community: Peru - YouTube! ie a simple black bar with centred white writing. I would have thought it was simple but none of the inbuilt templates with bars are customisable to create this effect Unless anybody out there knows different - Help much appreciated Geoff |
