Im wondering what I should do before I install Snow Leopard from 10.4 Tiger?
Do I clear my hard drive first or will it install as is?

It will by default install as the old Archive and Install where as your Mac will be exactly as it was before the install apart from the different OS or you can use Disk Utility before you install and wipe your HD.
Really the only question here is what do YOU want to do ??
