Ok so I'm wondering if there is a way to sync my mail account on all my devices not sure if iCloud would do this or not. all i care about is if i delete a msn mail message that it delete it from my other devices. not so worried about it deleting them from the servers as i have it delete that after 7 days already.

If you setup your mail with your provider as IMAP that should eliminate the need to manually sync. Not all providers offer IMAP for free though, so be sure to check with MSN first.
