Applications Folder Under UserName Directory

Hi, why is there a seperate Applications folder under the UserName directory...

Is it ok to delete this or does it have dependancies, thanks in advance...

Leave it alone. It's there for a reason.... if an application is installed for one user only it would be placed in that folder under the user's name. An application that is installed for all users is placed in the main Application folder.
