Macbook pro no power

MBP a1211..I get a soild green light on the charger..no orange..not chargin..I get no chime, fan,optical drive or white light functions..I have tried the following
Reset SMC
Reset Ram
Control and Command plus power button
Eject and power button

And help or advice would be great..Thanks ..

Happen to have a different magsafe charger around?

yes..its a brand new charger
