    really need help!! leopard
    Ok i recently got new hard drive and battery for my macbook. I dont have the installation disk nor a working dvd/cd drive. but i do have leopard 10.6 an iso. on a usb 8gb hard drive. when i boot up computer it wont see that there is a usb drive there, i held down the option key too and still nothing. just a blank screen. I have no idea what else to do. Please help. thanks so much.

    Where exactly did this ISO file come from?
    Liquid and computers don't mix. It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics!

    my friend got it for me and put it on a 8gb usb drive. i beleive he had disk or somethin or ripped but not to sure. i was told it should work with the iso file on a 8gb drive. but i hear stuff about partition and im sort of a noob. i just really need help.

    Sorry, no help here with pirated software. Buy the disk and an external DVD drive and we'll be able to help.
