How come i am not able to use my large bank of photoshop filters and plug-ins in the CS version ??

Is there a way to do it ??

not a huge photoshop guy but probably because they want you to buy new ones. if there is a way to do it, it is probably illegal.

I just want to know if somebody have tried to put their photoshop plugins into the cs version ??
