    Recording voice and instrument
Would really like to discover how to record my voice and instrument for playback. Nothing complicated. I know mymac has mike, I've used it, but not for this purpose. iPad should be capable too. Garage band has the function , but not for me.
    Thanks
    Rich

It depends on what you are looking for. I personally am a fan of pretty much anything Adobe so Adobe Audition might be what you are looking for but that is a little over the top but you can read about it at Audio production | Adobe Audition CS5.5 .

Also you may want to look at Audacity which is a free audio editor! Basically it is to Audition like Gimp is to Photoshop. You can find that at Audacity: Free Audio Editor and Recorder .

Hope I could be of help,
    Cd
