How do I move my contacts from Address Book to Outlook Contacts?

As above, I have managed to get my contacts and diary from my old PC to Address Book/iCal.

All I need to do now is get them to flow through and sync to Outlook 2011.

Any ideas?

You can have Outlook sync its contacts with Address Book by using Sync Services in Outlook. Go to Tools > "Sync Services..." > check Contacts. Will that work?

I still need to sort my diary out though.
