Can the size/colour of the mouse cursor be changed?

Hi guys,
My eyes aren't what they once were and I often have difficulty spotting where the mouse is. Even jiggling the little booger doesn't always show it up.
I was wondering if there was an option to change the size and colour (keep the shape) depending on what colours I was working with.
Any ideas?
Cheers,
Steve

The trouble with letting people like me loose on the interweb with a debit card is that I now have the latest Mac Mini Aluminium running at 2.4 GHz with 8 GB of DDR3 RAM, 320 HDD and OS X 10.6.5 all wired up to a 70" LED screen ...... And not the faintest idea of how to use it.

System Preferences > Universal Access > Mouse

Down near the bottom, you can set the cursor size. There's no way I know of to change the color. Well actually if you have 10.5 or earlier, you can use Mighty Mouse to set custom cursors. Don't expect this to ever get updated to support 10.6 or later.
