viewing sites with sounds on safari

Mac Specs: 20" 2.4 GHz iMac w/ 4GB RAM & 320GB HD

for some reason sounds won't play on some sites with Safari. For example ytmnd.com has a lot of different animations with sounds in the background, but Safari won't play them. Is there a way to fix this?
