Powerpoint 2008: Posters

Hello,

I'm having some trouble with Powerpoint 2008, and would be very grateful if anyone could give me a pointer.

I'm trying to create a 2x3 foot slide that I can use as a template for a research poster. When I go to File - Page Layout, there's a resizing option; but it automatically re-sets 'Width' to its original value whenever I change it. Does anyone know how I can make a 600x900 cm slide?

I don't believe you can with Powerpoint. How do you intend to project such a large image anyway? You can certainly make a template of a poster that large and even larger with Word or Pages.

What you might be able to do is cut the poster to fit on several slides. I don't know if that will suffice for what you need, however.
