how can I edit apps like in windows

If I download an app. in windows with a trial period. I can go into the windows registry and edit it so I can reinstall the app and use it again for the trial period. How can I do this with mac.

Trial software is for testing its capabilities and design for a limited time. Extending that time illegally is not only unethical, it's the same as pirating.

You'll receive no help here.
