First post, after quite a bit of lurking. Just ordered a 27"iMac i5 4Gig/1TB. My first mac after 15 years on PC. Having played with a few friend's Macs I can't wait. Even opted for the overnight shipping.

If your like me you won't go back to pc. Macs are no1 and if you get stuck post a question on this forum loads of helpful people aplenty

I hope you already took the time to look at Switch 101 and Mac 101 on Apple.com's Support page.

and a major Kudos to Apple customer service. It seems my bank has a $1500 daily limit on my debit card ( it must be a new thing) and they would not raise it. I called Apple and they split the payment into two days so that it would clear (i didn't want to put it on another credit card), and then comp'd my overnight shipping since it would delay the shipment of my machine.
