Not enough sync, too much sync!

I'm trying to sync my iPhone 3GS with my Macbook Pro. The main problem i'm having is it seems to be syncing ALL my contacts, every person i've ever emailed through Gmail onto my iPhone contact list. As well as this iCal doesn't seem to be syncing with the iPhone... I've ticked the relevant boxes on the Admin's Iphone page, but still end up with over 700 contacts! There must be an easy way (like most apple stuff) I'm sure! |
