Graphics Editing Apps

Is there a deault installed app in Tiger or one freely availble for basic graphics creation and editing like the GiMP? I did see that MacGIMP is available but I don't really want to pay for it since I won't be using that often.

Well how about that! I can run the GIMP! I can probably run other stuff I normally use in X11. THE MAC KICKS *****! Compaibility problems? Not yet!

With a PowerBook or Power Mac, you should have a copy of GraphicConverter already. Not as powerful as the GIMP for editing, but it supports more formats (really!) and doesn't have that clunky X11 interface.
