How do I upload an event or album in iphoto to the Picassa web site? If I try to upload from the web site, it asks for the folder location. Or do I somehow export from iphoto? I also want to retain the order of the photos.

Google Picasa help has good information regarding importing and exporting your photos between Picasa and iPhoto. Here's a LINK to get you started.

Regards.
