Hello

I have time machine set up to an external hard drive. I opened up time machine this morning, just to see what the back up file looks like & noticed that the last back up was made on 28 July. The machine is put to sleep rather than shut down, and as I have been at work, it has only been used in the evenings.

I opened up time machine from System Preferences & it said the next back up was due at 12:00, but the little icon didn't move at the designated time and when I checked again it said the next back up is due at 13:00.

I installed Photoshop Elements 8 this morning, so would have expected Time Machine to do something, as I have installed software.

Any idea what I have done wrong or why it's decided not to work?
