Is it possible to have 2 iphones on 1 MobileMe account?

My wife and I both have iPhones. We are going to use the same iMac (and use the same calendar, iTunes account, etc). I just want to make sure that we are both getting synced and can locate phones, etc.

Yes, you can do that. But it means you share all MobileMe functions also like syncing, calendar, email, etc.

Well, would she get all of my email accounts on her iPhone? Or just the MobileMe email address that I will have to set up?

We don't mind sharing contacts. We want to share a calendar. And we want to have the phone locator function for both of our phones.

Just the MobileMe account I believe. You can control all that in the syncing preferences when you setup your phone in iTunes.

Keep in mind that there's only a $27 difference between a single MobileMe account and a Family Pack (5 accounts) on Amazon right now.
