Alright I'm on my G5 with 10.4 and for some wierd reason when i go online or view emails it looks like freaking Math text. When i right click on my emails I can change the type from math to something normal. but when i go on safari it looks like freking Russian or something. Where do i go to edit what my main text is suppost to be. I cant seem to find what to change. Please help!

What do you to to "change the type" in Mail?

Anyway, in Safari Preferences, under Appearance, check the Text Encoding and Font settings.
