Hi All,

For some reason my VCD segments are playing in widescreen mode and distorting the picture?
I am using VLAN and QuickTime, PB G4 12inch.

do you mean files? or discs you insert into your mac? if these are discs, try macvcdx, what are your macs specs?

Thanks for your reply.
I played the .DAT files with VLC and Quicktime and the CD with VCDplayer -the movie player in widescreen while on TV through a DVD player it plays normally.

My specs are:

Powerbook G4 12inch , 1.50GHz, 512MB RAM, 80Gb , superdrive.

you should be able to use macvcdx.
