iChat graying out new "buddies"

Using my iMac here at work trying to add the company buddies. The first day i set up the account and added ppl it went fine and they all appear now though, when i add new buddies they go on the list but their names are grayed out and I can't IM them. I had someone else add me and I appeared gray to them as well... Anyone know what is going on? Thanks! |
