How Do I Delete Mac Mail Emails Entirely?

Can someone please tell me all the ways I can delete emails, so that someone (with technical skill) cannot find them. I need full erasure in all ways, permanently. Thanks.

You would have to securely delete them. It's the same procedure you would use with any file or information that you wanted removed from your hard drive but not be able to recover it.

There are programs designed to securely wipe free space from your hard drive and or specific files and folders. Here's one for free.

OS X snow leopard will let you secure delete the trash as well. (10.6)
