I usually download podcasts like Cranky Geeks and Rachel Maddow. I like to skip through or save them to watch for later.

I noticed there's only a view option now. Is there any way to get the download option back? I did not update iTunes. Thanks in advance.

I've had that happen.

I had to delete the podcast listing completely and re-create it to make it work. I'm not sure what causes it, but it does work, as my watching of Rachel Maddow and Countdown earlier today confirms.

I was given the choice between creativity and sanity. I chose.... waffles!
