Is there a way to have Entourage set up with a hotmail account?

As far as I know there is no way. Hotmail doesn't have POP mail service

http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/18189

That allows you to use hotmail in mail

Don't forget to use the new User Reputation System

Hotmail use to be pop supported, however about 4 months ago I got an email saying that it is now available to only premium members. Similar to yahoo, you gotta pay for pop3 now.

I knew how to set up mail with hotmail, but I really didn't like how it didnt save with the server.

You can set up Gmail with Mail right? if so..what are the settings? and does it let you create folders that sync with the site?

Here is the link to walk you through setting up gmail for pop3 on just about any valid mail client. Including Apple Mail and Entourage.

so i have it set up with gmail right now, but evertime i close it and open it back up, it does not load my emails, it just shows inbox as empty.

also, it sometimes does not send emails, and sometimes it does..is this normal or do I not have something set up correctly.
