usually the battery is not charged until it goes below a certain percentage of being drained. check your battery settings. i have an iMac so no battery, but that is the way is works on my IBM work laptop. in fact, it doesnt start to charge until about 80%. it extends the battery life.
to confirm, you can let the battery run down to 50% or so and then charge it. you should see 100% again. |
