Mail opens on every startup of iMac

For some reason my Mail, Skype and HP software opens on every startup of my iMac. I have to close each window everytime after it restarts. Everything is properly closed before I shutdown or choose restart. Any ideas?

RIght click on the icon. Deselect 'Open at Statup'. Job done.
