Can VMWare boot a Bootcamp partition?

I have seen || is able to boot the partition as a virtual machine for general work and you can then boot the same machine in full bootcamp for gaming but can VMWare do the same and do it well?

Yes, VMWare works just like Parallels in that case. VM 3 can run your bootcamp partition.
