Smile First Time Macbook

I am a long time PC user and have been wanting to try a mac.

Just got a white macbook and have been learning the joys of
networking a mac on a windows network. Got it going at the house,
but not so good at the office.

Look forward to learning more about switching to mac. The new
iMacs are looking interesting to me.

Glad to hear a new mac user in our midst, welcome to the forum.

Also be sure to check out the stickies at the top of the switcher forum for some basic switching help.

If you need some assistance with your office networking with your mac let us know some of the specific issues.

Welcome! Not very good with networking. My home network consists of an e-machines running xp, a quad-core gateway running vista, and a C2D macbook. i'm not going to attempt it. still have't been able to get printer-sharing up and going yet.

btw Miles... Is that a triumph?

Nope, 1965 Ford Mustang.
