Sharing External Hard Drive in OSX 10.4

I'm the IT Director at a small company and all my experience has been with Intel hosts. We have 5 PowerMacs on the network (along with 60 Intel PCs). There is an external HD on one of the Macs that I want to share in its entirety with the other Macs, to enclude ability of other Macs to write to it. How do I share this HD and where do I go in the menu to do it? Thanks much in advance!

With OS 10.4 sharing you can't

But good news is that sharepoints will allow you to do this (Donationware)
