Colors on buttons..

I realize this is not an earth shaking problem, but I am a newbie, had my iMac about two months. The three buttons on the top left of the window are all grey. They work fine, but I thought they were supposed to be colored. Thank you for your help.

System Preferences -> Appearance -> Appearance: Blue
