Mail + iCal question

Hi everyone,

Is there any way to get my emails from Mail to give me feedback based on whether recipients have read the email, or link to ical, or to notify me if recipients have not responded to me within a time frame I've set?

Feedback would be appreciated, I'm open to jumping on other softwares too.
