Outlook Express files

I recently switched from a PC with Outlook Express- My IMAC has been set up using Comcast.net- How do I transfer the information in my saved folders, and Contacts in my Address Book?? Thank you, Michelle Levick

Assuming you want to use Mail.app on your iMac for all of your emailing needs, a quick Google search yields this nice page.
