How do I sync my iPhone to my new G4 "WITHOUT" mobile me?
    Hi everyone,

Just switched today. Took delivery of my second user G4 Powerbook. I love it but imagine its going to take a few months to adjust but most things seems similar so far.

I cant work out how to sync my iPhone to my Mac's iCal and Apple Mail etc. Yeah with mobileme you cant help but trip over how too's but im not that bothered about this service esspecially as I will have to pay for it.

So, can anyone tell me how to sync.

(Also how do I use safari's spell checker? It highlights everything in red but were are the alternative suggestions?)

Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes and OS X 10.4.11. Then:

    1. Plug it in.

lol, found it. It was even easier than that. I just had to scroll down on the iTunes info page. None of the other syncing pages scroll and I never noticed the info page did. So I couldnt see the calender options etc.
