Using Thunderbird on PC & Mac

I use PC for business and I just bought a new MB Pro for video/photos etc. Is there a way to use my mail client thunderbird on both mac and pc and keep them synced?

Use the IMAP feature on your email account(s). This way email is downloaded to every client and any changes you make on one machine are reflected on other machines.
