Your opinion of "reconditioned"

If you purchased a "reconditioned" iMac G4 from a popular Authorized Apple Reseller, what type of physical and cosmetic shape do you feel it should be in? For example, to me "reconditioned" means it should be in like new condition, with a possible slight blemish or something.

I need your opinions...

I think it should be cleaned out side and in and to have proper working hardware to beable to run the computer well. And to fix anything that won't cost alot. You should definatley expect some minor case damage.

reconditioned is usually like refurbished, so close to new.
