Ok, there are several different folder types, but it seems when i create a new folder it always comes out as a generic folder type. The problem is if i want to assign a special icon to a particular folder it goes to ALL the generic folders. Any way I can change from generic to another folder type?

Thanks for your reply. Just so we're on the same page, I am talking about changing the folder"type" not the icon. The icon I have no problem changing. But there are different types of folders, apps, music, movie, generic. It looks like whenever you create a new folder it is of the generic type. This is what I would like to be able to change if I can.
QUOTE Thanks
