Freeing Up Hard Drive Space

i got back some hard drive space from removing games and other programs i won't use. need some help figuring out if i can remove the following if i don't use them.

1) address book?

2)iCal?

3)World Book 2004 Folder?

iCal and Address Book are good to keep because they interact with other programs (Mail, iChat off the top of my head). They also only take up 35 mb total so its not like they are real hogs

World Book you can go ahead and erase
