today marked the final chapter in a 3 month long switch to the Mac that started with the purchase of my Macbook. today I ditched my Windows desktop and replaced it with a Mac Mini.

my full apple set up is below

15" MacBook Pro Aluminum, 2.53G / iPhone 3G 16G Black/TimeCapsule 1TB back up and media server/Mac Mini 2.0GHz Core 2 Duo
Whoever said that money cant buy happiness hasnt been to an Apple store 

Here is the way I have it all set up:

Mac mini plugged in to LCD HDTV, Audio receiver, time capsule and 250G EHD. I can use boxee or front row to watch movies on the HDTV or stream them via wireless to my Macbook.

The HDTV also serves as the monitor for the Mac mini and The time capsule keeps backups of everything.

I am very happy with the set up and very impressed with how easy it is was to network it all.
