I keep gettign this little pop up asking me to allow

"PubSubAgent wants to use your confidential information stored in ..... in your keychain"
Do oyu want to allow access to this item?

I click Deny and it just keeps coming back... I refuse to allow somethign access if I dont know what it is...

What is this?

Edit: Just found this on Google. It is fine.
