Ipod App help

I know this isnt the right spot for this, but i posted it in the ipod software and have gotten zero help. As of this morning. Does anyone know of a good free or very cheap app i can switch my movies, songs, shows to ipod format?

Songs - iTunes
Movies and TV shows- Handbrake

All depends what format they are now of course.
