Can please anyone tell me what does it mean? I keep on having this problem again and again and cannot work with Safari anymore and have to use Firefox instead

It seems to be a problem with your Huawei Data Card. I am not very familiar with these cards but I found a discussion on a different forum with people having the same issue, I just skimmed it but I believe they may have found a fix.
