How do I obtain the original discs?

I purchased a used 13" mac. I did not get the original operating discs with the machine. I wish to add Windows XP, but now need the first disc in order to accomplish this. How do I obtain copies of these?

You can either purchase a retail copy of Leopard, which will provide you with everything but a copy of iLife. Or you can go the cheaper route and request a replacement set directly from Apple. Should run you somewhere around $40.
