Good voice recorder?

I got this here built in mic in my powerbook, but i dont know what program to use to use it!

i play guitar and like to record my work and listen back over it for mistakes. i just need a very simple program thats free.

Im not sure of too many free ones, but audiocorder is good, and audiorecorder, quickvoice is really great, final vinyl is free:http://www.griffintechnology.com/sof...ware_imic.html.
