MBP
HP Designjet 500-24" will only print a portion of the Image. The printed area is letter size. Also can not edit custom paper size in the print screen of either Preview or Reader. HP Printer utility Loaded by HP Photosmart C3680 can not find the HP 500. Though it is in settings>printers.There is no driver to download to reinstall as all drivers are included in the OS 15.5.... |

Not necessarily in this order, just putting down ideas as I thought of 'em.
Might check this out - have you created the printer queue - at least am assuming this is a networked printer. Do you have Adobe Reader 7.0. There were issues with Reader 6.0 that have been fixed by Adobe. You're loading the HP-GL/2 drivers?
