MBP
HP Designjet 500-24" will only print a portion of the Image. The printed area is letter size. Also can not edit custom paper size in the print screen of either Preview or Reader. HP Printer utility Loaded by HP Photosmart C3680 can not find the HP 500.

Though it is in settings>printers. There is no driver to download to reinstall as all drivers are included in the OS 15.5....

Not necessarily in this order, just putting down ideas as I thought of 'em.

Might check this out - have you created the printer queue - at least am assuming this is a networked printer.

Do you have Adobe Reader 7.0. There were issues with Reader 6.0 that have been fixed by Adobe.

You're loading the HP-GL/2 drivers?

Try dropping the resolution to Draft or Normal

I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth.

Yes I did...I returned The Mac and am back on a PC. Am I happy? No. But it was way too much work to get all my business programs up and working. QuickBooks for mac was archaic. Setting up a VM for QB (PC) was not my idea of ease of use. And, the plotter not working right was the final straw. It had taken weeks for me to get all my old file to work on the Mac.

BTW. It took 6 hrs. to be fully up and running on the PC.
