Question about tabbed browsing in Safari

Recent convert who is loving his new Macbook but I've come across a simple problem that I can't seem to rectify.
When I boot up in the morning, my tabs won't automatically load when I click on Safari from my dock. I have to physically click history at the top and then scroll down to "reopen all windows from previous session" and click on that. Then all my tabs come up. Is there a setting somewhere that I can use to just have my previous tabs come automatically up when I open Safari?
I really liked this feature in Firefox so I'm hoping to do the same thing.

you can use firefox still and it does that the same as it did on your pc.

Yeah, I know I could do that but I'm really liking Safari so far and want this tabbed browsing to work the same way. Maybe it can't?

AFAIK, Safari doesn't do that.

Safari can sometimes be tuff to get use to if you've been using FF or Opera.

Install Firefox and get the 'GrAppleYummy Blue' Theme to make it look exactly like Safari.

I have long conceited that Firefox is the better browser. The only reason I am using Safari instead is because it just looks better. I'm a sucker for the aesthetics.

same here but im a sucker for iphone and mobile me syncing
