are they all in one folder? if they are, then put the finder window into icon view and resize the window so it is in two columns, original on the left, and duplicate on the right. then you can just go down and highlight all the duplicates in one go and delete them. just make sure there aren't any cases where there isnt a duplicate, or it will mess up the order and you will end up deleting duplicate and original... which wouldnt be helpful.
Check out TidyUp from Hyberbolic software. You can set it to to examine content or size so it will find duplicate photos even if their names are different.

at the top of the finder window there are 4 buttons, these change the way you view the files in the finder window. click the one that looks like 4 small squares. alternatively, while in finder, go to View >> As Icons or ... push cmd (the apple key, to the left of the spacebar) + 1
so, View >> as icons
or
cmd + 1
they both do the same thing.
