Hi All, All of a sudden, I couldn't download anything from i-net to my desktop, and when I try to clean it off by throwing files away, Finder asks me for my password, and then a pop-up tells me that, "The operation cannot be completed because you do not have sufficient privileges for some of the items." And this is all happening in what i thought was Administrator realm. Help, Mac-savvy people! Thanks EN

It may be because you are trying to do it under a different user account than what you set it up with (I.E. If you install an application etc. under one administrator account, you get this message when trying to delete under another account, regardless of whether you have admin priveleges or not on this account).
That's the only thing I can think of, sorry if this is no help. |
