Hi, any movie that I watch jumps, wether it's a youtube clip, dvd, movie trailor, video clip from my camera, they all jump. Can anyone let me know a solution to this please....

What machine are you running it on? is it a Macbook, an iMac, Mac Pro etc.

See if you can determine what else might be running in the background. If you can put more memory in the machine, that may help.
